7. USE OF YOUR DATA FOR DIRECT ADVERTISING

7.1 Registration for our e-mail newsletter

Following the cancellation of your registration, your e-mail address will be immediately deleted from our newsletter mailing list, unless you have explicitly consented to the further use of your data or unless we reserve the right to use your data for purposes beyond sending you the newsletter which are legally permissible and of which we will inform you in this statement.

7.2 Sending our newsletter to existing customers

If you have provided us with your email address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers by e-mail for goods or services similar to those you have already purchased. In accordance with Article 7 (3) of the German Law Against Unfair Competition (UWG), we are not required to obtain a separate consent from you to do so. In this case, data processing occurs solely on the basis of our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising according to Article 6 (1) f) GDPR. In case you initially objected to the use of your e-mail address for this purpose, we will not send you any e-mails. 8. CHILDREN

Contract concluded for outsourcing data processing

We have entered into an agreement with Google for the outsourcing of our data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

 

IP anonymization

We have activated “IP anonymization” on this website. This means your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or other parties to the agreement on the European Economic Area prior to transmission to the United States.
