7. USE OF YOUR DATA FOR DIRECT ADVERTISING
7.1 Registration for our e-mail newsletter
If you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, we will send you regular information about our services. Mandatory information for sending the newsletter is your e-mail address alone. The indication of further possible data is voluntary and will be used to address you personally. When sending newsletters, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. Following the cancellation of your registration, your e-mail address will be immediately deleted from our newsletter mailing list, unless you have explicitly consented to the further use of your data or unless we reserve the right to use your data for purposes beyond sending you the newsletter which are legally permissible and of which we will inform you in this statement.
7.2 Sending our newsletter to existing customers
If you have provided us with your email address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to regularly send you offers by e-mail for goods or services similar to those you have already purchased. In accordance with Article 7 (3) of the German Law Against Unfair Competition (UWG), we are not required to obtain a separate consent from you to do so. In this case, data processing occurs solely on the basis of our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising according to Article 6 (1) f) GDPR. In case you initially objected to the use of your e-mail address for this purpose, we will not send you any e-mails. You are entitled to object to the use of your email address for the aforementioned advertising purposes any time with future effect by notifying the contact person mentioned further above. 9. DELETION AND BLOCKS

13. RIGHT TO OBJECT
If we process your personal data within the framework of a weighing of interests on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest, you have the right any time to object to this processing with future effect for reasons arising from your particular situation.

However, we reserve the right to further processing if we can prove compelling reasons worthy of protection for the processing which outweigh your interests, fundamental rights, and freedoms, or if the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Contract concluded for outsourcing data processing
We have entered into an agreement with Google for the outsourcing of our data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
We have activated “IP anonymization” on this website. This means your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or other parties to the agreement on the European Economic Area prior to transmission to the United States. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there.
