Our SPLITTER – the All-Round Separator
The powerful, self-cleaning and wear-resistant siral shaft separator SPLITTER can easily cope with most difficult tasks, when even established separation technologies reach their limmits. The patented screening system is impressive due to the high throughput and it does not require a lot of time and effort for cleaning and maintenance.
The separation itself is carried out depending on the weight, the physical properties and the size– up to three fractions are possible depending on the material composition.
The SPLITTER suspended on both sides and driven on one side combines the roller table effect with the Archimedean screw principle. The material is distributed sidewards and in longitudinal direction thus achieving an efficient pre-treatment and ideal preparation for subsequent processes.
