Since 2016, the recycling company ARX ARCILLEX has been operating a total of 5 Doppstadt machines in the waste and green waste processing segment. Prior to that, the joint-stock company founded in 1962 focused on quarry operations and gradually evolved into one of the leading companies in the market. The acquisition by an environmentally oriented shareholder group in 2012 finally led to a restructuring – with the aim of aligning traditional quarry operations with innovative and contemporary recycling and disposal concepts.
Leading in the recycling market
This requires reliable state-of-the-art technology: 2 DW 3060 Büffel and 1 DW 3060 Büffel for green waste shred the cut-offs and convert organic waste into soil fertilizer. 60 tons per hour, 20 hours a day, 7 days a week. 2 SM 720 Profi machines complement the ARX ARCILLEX machine fleet. The durability of Doppstadt machines is demonstrated, among other things, by the robustness of its spare parts: The last parts replacement took place 2 years ago – thanks to regular maintenance. Another INVENTHOR 6 and SM 720.2 SA are already on their way to Argentina, because: "Availability, reliability, and durability are the criteria we can rely on at Doppstadt," says the current national technology leader in recycling production.
