Three and a half exciting years await them now, full of important experiences, new tasks and daily challenges. We are delighted to accompany the start of their professional careers. To offer them the best possible theoretical and practical training, we invested appr. 160.000 € in the training workshops. The building was completely renovated and reequipped. The future mechatronics engineers and industrial mechanics will have state-of-the art machine technology, optimum workshop facilities and a networked classroom at their disposal.
The recruiting of young talents and the retention of skilled employees plays an important role for Doppstadt Calbe. By means of sustainable strategies and measures we want to recruit, develop and retain qualified staff. Therefore we have increased the number of apprentice positions and training programs continuously since 2013. While in 2013 we had 14 apprentices, today a total of 40 apprentices are trained in technical jobs. Thus more than 10 percent of the employees of the Doppstadt Calbe enterprise are apprentices.
