Last week, we had the opportunity to provide both technical and sales training to the technicians and sales representatives of our partner Ecoverse in Ohio. The training, held from July 15th to 26th at Barnes Nursery in Huron, Ohio, a longstanding Ecoverse customer, focused on our INVENTHOR series and trommel screening machines.

During the two intensive weeks of training, Uwe Erhardt imparted comprehensive knowledge on operating principles, technical highlights, as well as diagnostics and maintenance at SM Level 1. Philip Schwingel complemented the training with valuable insights into application techniques and market competition, aimed at enhancing the participants' communication with end customers.

A walkthrough with the customer at the AK640 smoothly transitioned into the commissioning process by Ecoverse representatives, rounding off the successful training.
